We celebrated St. Patty's Day in Louisiana this year. We actually drove there that day, and we must of had the luck o' the Irish with us, because all of the kids were wonderful in the car. Heather and Billy drove the boys in their car, and Kevin, his mom, Nadia, and I rode in the truck. Instead of corned beef and cabbage, Kent smoked the best beef ribs for us that night.
