Rowan and his Ladies

Puppy Love

Uncle Jeff got Nadia a Longhorn outfit for Christmas. Hook 'em Horns! Rowan goes back and forth about whether or not he is going to marry Nadia or Ella. He finally understands that he can't marry his sister or his mom, so he is anxious to marry Ella. They recently had their first double-date with Uncle Chad and Auntie M. They ate at Fridays, shared french fries and mud, dirt, and worms for dessert. Rowan and Hayden both made cards for Ella. Rowan just told me he wants to be a Dad when he grows up, although Hayden laughed at him and told him that that wasn't something he could get hired to do. I can't wait for my cute grandbabies!

Snow Day-200th Post

Kevin's snowman-he said the neighbor kids ruined it, lol.

We were the first ones outside on our block.

Check out the red cardinal in the tree.

On February 4th, it snowed in Round Rock, TX. The school called at 5 am to tell us school was cancelled, and I was tempted to wake the boys up right away. I let them sleep a little, then I woke them up to go play in the snow. They were a little sleepy at first, but within minutes they were wanting to play and make snowballs. Rowan immediately headed for the snow covered slide, and both of the boys slid down it. Kevin made a little snow man on his truck, and Nadia watched from inside the warm house. When the boys were ready to come in, we all drank hot cocoa and ate pancakes and sausage.

Christmas Redo 2011

One Christmas and Thanksgiving meal just wanted enough for my brother Chad. Nor was one party in the month of January hosted at his house. So, he had everyone over for another party and meal. It. Was. Awesome. Highlights-curry sauce for asparagus. orange, carrot gravy, Nadia's blue-jean dress, Ella's pigtails on her and her cabbage patch, and gift-wrapped tables.

Benefit Bunco

I hosted Bunco, this month. All of my Beautiful Bunco Babes showed up, and I chose American Heart Association as the charity we would benefit. We raised over $500 for the charity. Since the charity was American HEART association and Valentine's Day is this month, I decorated as such. I am totally not a cook, but I made cheesecake filled strawberries, a heart-shaped cherry & chocolate stack cake, heart-shaped biscuits, a heart-shaped meatloaf, pink butter, strawberry punch, etc. to go with the theme, and we all wore red. Happy Valentines Day, Beautiful Bunco Babes!

My Lil' Valentine

Isn't she Darling? I hope she'll be mine!
